My career has included finding land, building homes from the ground up, navigating complex transactions, and representing clients across luxury homes, new construction, residential properties, condominiums, foreclosures, short sales, probate, vacant land, and investment real estate—including 1031 exchanges.

My market expertise spans both Northwest Florida and Central Florida, including Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Pensacola, Orlando, and Kissimmee. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation earned by fewer than 2% of Realtors nationwide, and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), allowing me to serve military families, first-time buyers, and investors with precision and care.

My construction experience provides clients with a distinct advantage. I evaluate properties beyond aesthetics, helping identify structural considerations, renovation potential, and true long-term value—whether purchasing a luxury residence, new construction, or an investment property.
